Jacob is still resting nicely although you can tell he's getting more and more ready to be awake. Right now they're keeping him sedated until they're ready to pull the breathing tube which will likely happen early tomorrow morning. He opens his eyes once in a while and will answer questions by shaking his head but then he goes back to his own little world of sleep. He's basically on another planet still.
We're down to 19 items that are on/in his body, the only one that's been removed is the most inconsequential (blood pressure cuff). More to come.
